VERAC Flats is a serviced-flats concept that features 55 comfortable and fully equipped business flats over a cluster of 3 buildings. All of them are located within walking distance of Brussels Airport. By public transport or car, you can easily reach all of the major business parks in the airport area.
When you arrive at VERAC Flats, our welcoming team is happy to assist you at all times. A clean and comfortable flat awaits you, with a home-office that’s ready-for-use.
Looking to relax after working hours? At our VERAC Flats buildings, you can find a fitness room, a common kitchen & living room and an outdoor area where you can use our BBQ. The surrounding Zaventem center also has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to offer you.

Our loyal cleaning and facilities team guarantees the proper functioning and cleaning of our buildings and flats. 1 to 3 times a week, they’ll provide you with a cleaned flat, a change of quality linen and a new set of towels. All necessary safety and health measures are of course followed closely and carefully.
